1998. The first El Jannah opened its doors in Granville. One restaurant. One obsession. Nearly 30 years later, that obsession hasn’t budged.
Alright, alright. We heard you the first ten times. Here’s everything you need to know in a few swipes.
Every piece of chicken watched over an open flame by our charcoal masters (because that smoky flavour doesn’t happen by accident!). That’s the bit everyone else skips.
These are the same recipes passed down since 1998, still made by hand, still cooked with the same care.
That’s real food, made the real way.
Bread’s baked fresh daily. Tabouli prepped in store daily. That’s just how a proper Lebanese kitchen runs. Fresh never frozen (except our chips). Real food, real fuel.
This is the toum people drive 45 minutes for. Don’t ask us to explain it... just try it and you’ll get why.
